2023 Attendee Registration will open in August; Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all sessions and classes on the schedule, except for the Monday Kickoff Breakfast and Thursday Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet, both of which require a ticket purchase. 
  • Admission to the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Auction Reception and Thursday Farewell Reception.
  • Entrance to the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, Dec. 5 and Wednesday, Dec. 6.
  • An attendee tote bag and keepsake expo pin. While supplies last.

Pre-Registration BASE Prices 
Prices below valid until Nov. 3. Beginning Nov. 4, prices increase $75/person.

  • Monday Welcome Reception ticket - $50 (for family member not attending Expo)

ONSITE ONLY
  • Day Passes - $175 for members and $380 for non-members, per day.
  • Friends & Family - $50 per person. This registration is for a friend or family member joining you who is not actively working in the industry.
 


New Non-Member Registration Fee 

NAAA leadership established a policy in 2021 that to avoid a higher attendee fee, NAAA recommends NAAA membership to attend the show and save money. The non-member registration fee for the 2023 Ag Aviation Expo is $1,005. If you plan to attend this year’s Ag Aviation Expo, please join NAAA in advance to obtain the cheaper convention registration rate.

Additional Registration Details

  • Pre-Registration ended Nov. 3, 2023. 
  • NAAA Ag Aviation Expo Attendee Cancellation Policy: Refunds provided if registration is purchased on or prior to Nov. 3. No refunds for registrations purchased between Nov 4, 2023 and the start of the NAAA Ag Aviation Expo. 
  • Base Registration does NOT include tickets to the Kickoff Breakfast and Excellence in Ag Aviation Expo; tickets can be purchased separately. There is a discount for purchasing these two tickets together. If you are purchasing those tickets, but will not attend one of the banquets, please inform the NAAA Registration desk onsite.
  • Reception Tickets: Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception tickets are included with BASE Registration. All attendees are invited to attend the Auction Reception on Tuesday evening; there are no tickets for this reception. You can purchase additional Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception tickets for a family member or friend who is not attending any other Expo events.
