Show Colors: Draping is grey and the facility is already carpeted. Please see pg. 22 of the service kit for a sample of the carpet color (it is a multi-color carpet).

T3 Expo Cancellation:

There is a 25% cancellation fee for any items that are cancelled more than 21 days prior to the first day of move-in. There is a 50% cancellation fee for all items that are cancelled 7-21 days prior to the first day of movein and 100% cancellation fee for any items that are cancelled less than 7 days prior to the first day of move-in on December 4, 2023.
